Overview

The Defence Teaming Centre (DTC) is inviting nominations for five Member-Elected positions on the Board of Directors. The Directors reaching the end of their two year term are eligible for re-election, subject to nomination and constitutional requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be a financial member of the DTC

• Be eligible for and apply for a Director Identification Number (DIN) in line with Australian Business Register Services

• Have 3 or more years of senior management experience

• Have experience working in or with the Department of Defence, the ADF, or the defence industry

• Each nomination must be supported by a financial DTC member who is entitled to vote

• The supporting member must come from a different organisation to that of the nominee

• Only one person per member company may serve on the DTC Board at any given time

• Nominees must consent to their nomination

• Nominations not meeting these requirements will be deemed ineligible.

Nomination Process

To nominate yourself or another DTC member, please complete the nomination form via the online system.

Key Dates

Nominations Close: 15 September 2025, 5:00pm

Annual General Meeting: 16 October 2025, 9:00am - 10:00am, Lot 14, Mural Room, Tech Central.

Special Board Meeting: Elected members are required to attend a special Board meeting immediately after the AGM on 16 October 2025.
