Four Pillars of Empowerment
The program is anchored in four pivotal pillars: self, organisation, industry, and community. This framework empowers you to build a multifaceted skill set, emphasising self-awareness, critical thinking, relationship cultivation, innovation, teamwork, and mentorship.
Empowering Collaboration
DILP is designed to enable and empower collaboration across the defence industry. Beyond personal growth, the program includes initiatives such as the Leadership in Action Project, which challenges participants to work together on a practical exercise that applies the tools and knowledge gained throughout the program. This collaborative approach reinforces shared problem‑solving, supports practical learning, and contributes to broader industry advancement.
Guided Leadership Evolution
Embedded within the course are individual leadership coaching sessions – a cornerstone of your journey. Over the course of DILP, you'll benefit from three one-on-one coaching sessions, designed to instill a habit of reflective practice, amplifying both your personal and professional leadership growth.
Certification
Upon successful completion of DILP, graduates will earn a nationally recognised Diploma of Leadership and Management, accredited through our partner, Skills Lab.
