Four Pillars of Empowerment
The program is anchored in four pivotal pillars: self, organisation, industry, and community. This framework empowers you to build a multifaceted skill set, emphasising self-awareness, critical thinking, relationship cultivation, innovation, teamwork, and mentorship.
Central to DILP is the Collaborative Research Project, formerly known as Concept Papers. Beyond personal growth, this initiative seeks to contribute to the industry's advancement. It challenges you to collaboratively undertake a research exercise that puts into practice the tools and knowledge acquired throughout the program.
Guided Leadership Evolution
Embedded within the course are individual leadership coaching sessions – a cornerstone of your journey. Over the course of DILP, you'll benefit from three one-on-one coaching sessions, designed to instill a habit of reflective practice, amplifying both your personal and professional leadership growth.
Upon successful completion of DILP, graduates will earn a nationally recognised Diploma of Leadership and Management, accredited through our partner, Skills Lab.
