The Defence Teaming Centre's (DTC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a vital event in our calendar. It provides us with the opportunity to come together with our members, reflect on our achievements, discuss our future plans, and make important decisions that shape the direction of our organisation. Your participation is crucial in ensuring that our community thrives and grows.
Board Election
Eligible DTC members can now vote to fill the six vacant positions on the DTC Board. The Board of Directors consists of 11 Member Elected positions and up to 4 Appointed positions.
This year, eleven (11) candidates have nominated to fill the six (6) vacancies, each for a two-year term starting on the date of the Annual General meeting (AGM), 17 October 2024.
Eligible DTC members can vote between 26 September to 5pm on 11 October 2024 through our online voting form. As DTC members are companies and not individuals, only one vote per member company will be accepted. We suggest that representatives from member companies undertake formal discussion to agree on which prospective board members their company would like to vote for. The six Member Elected positions have become available as six of our current serving Board Directors have reached the end of the current term. The DTC extends their appreciation to the below DTC Board Directors for their support and guidance during their tenure. Please note Kevin Beaulne, Mike Hartas and Adam Levi have nominated themselves for re-election for another term.
