Launch of the 2024 Defence Industry Leadership Program
Last month, March 2024, we celebrated the highly anticipated launch of the nationally recognised Defence Industry Leadership Program, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for emerging and transitional mid-career managers and leaders within Australia’s defence sector. While the Honourable Pat Conroy, Ambassador of DILP and Minister for Defence Industry, couldn't be present in person he sent through a few words to share with this year’s participants.
“Defence industry is an essential partner to keeping Australians safe at home, secure in the world and employed in well-paid, high skilled jobs, and your participation through this program will help achieve this,” Minister Conroy said. “I encourage every participant to seize this opportunity to learn, grow and develop into the defence industry leaders of the future”
