DILP Schedule
The Defence Industry Leadership Program (DILP) Schedule consists of the following:
- Eight full day in-person workshops with most culminating in a dinner/networking event
- Two industry site visits
- Two field trips
- Leadership Coaching Program (individual and group sessions)
- Industry project and presentation
- Graduation
