Nominate for the prestigious Defence Teaming Centre Industry Awards
The annual Defence Teaming Centre Defence Industry Awards celebrate the organisations and individuals driving excellence across Australia’s defence sector.
Winners will be presented with their awards as part of the Defence Teaming Centre's signature annual Defence Industry Dinner and Awards Ceremony, at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Thursday December 3.
This is an opportunity for wide exposure to the Australian defence industry community. All finalists will be highlighted in the lead up to the dinner and all will feature in individual short films played to the Defence Industry Dinner and Awards Ceremony audience before announcement of the winner in each category.
Three awards are offered for nomination, in the following categories.
- Collaboration
- Innovation
- Transformation and Change
A fourth award, the Tony Martin Defence Industry Achievement Award, is presented to an individual for long-term service to the defence industry. The award winner is chosen by the Defence Teaming Centre board.
More than a recognition program, the Awards showcase innovation, collaboration, leadership and business transformation that strengthen sovereign industrial capability and support Defence outcomes. They provide a valuable platform for companies to raise their profile, demonstrate impact, and gain recognition from peers, customers and industry leaders.
By highlighting success stories and best practice, the Awards inspire continuous improvement, foster stronger industry partnerships and reinforce the importance of a capable, resilient and globally competitive defence industry ecosystem.

Collaboration Award
The Defence Teaming Centre (DTC) Collaboration Award recognises members that have worked collaboratively to address a gap in the capacity or capability of the defence sector and, through that collaboration, achieved meaningful outcomes for Defence, the defence industry, and the participating organisations.
This award celebrates effective collaboration that delivers commercial, operational, capability, sovereign industrial and/or export outcomes, while demonstrating best practice in working across organisational boundaries to achieve mutual success.

Innovation Award
The DTC Innovation Award recognises members who have designed an innovative product or service which addresses a Defence capability gap or enhances Defence capability. The category includes domestic defence or export defence markets.
The entry must demonstrate progress toward a commercial or operational outcome (e.g. contracts, deployments, trials, customer adoption, or validated pathway to market).

Transformation and Change Award
The Defence Teaming Centre (DTC) SME Transformation and Change Award recognises a small to medium sized business that has led meaningful change to strengthen its contribution to the defence sector.
This may include operational improvement, cultural evolution, digital transformation, or strategic realignment. This award celebrates organisations that drive progress, enhance sovereign industrial capability, and create lasting value for the defence supply chain and broader national interests.
