When it comes to turning your new graduate engineer into a “defence ready” member of your team, the Defence Teaming Centre / Engineers Australia Graduate Learning Program is here to help.

Delivered online over 18 months (just 2 hours per week), the program builds a practical understanding of how Defence operates - from its structures and priorities though to procurement systems - giving graduates the context they need to contribute effectively from day one.

Throughout the program, participants develop the core skills industry is looking for:
- Self-management and professionalism
- Communication and stakeholder engagement
- Project management, negotiation and supporting change

The program covers a range of content, from a broad industry overview and the roles of government agencies, through to applied project management and other specialist topics.

For employers, it strengthens your graduate offering and ensures your graduates are learning from subject matter experts in defence, engineering and education, through an award-winning program.

For participants, it’s a fast-track to capability, confidence and connection, including complimentary Engineers Australia graduate membership.

Applications for the next intake close July 24.
