The Defence Industry Leadership Program (DILP) represents a significant investment of both time and funding by participating organisations. To ensure applicants have the support required to successfully complete the program, all participants must be nominated by their employer as part of the application process.

This form allows employers to:

Nominate an employee for the program; or
Confirm their support for an employee who is applying.

Please note: Self-employed applicants are not required to submit an Employer Nomination Form. Alternative evidence of professional support or a referee may be requested during the application process.
