The Defence Teaming Centre has welcomed two new elected board members at its October 15 2026 Annual General Meeting, which saw 13 nominations for five available director positions.
Tess Search Partners founding director Donna Ferris and Axiom Precision Manufacturing General Manager Craig Maynard have joined the board, while existing board members Mike Hartas, Celanie Meyer and Allan Dundas were re-elected.
We thank departing board members Adam Levi and Henry Atkins for their service and contribution to the Defence Teaming Centre during their tenure, and their dedication to the defence industry community in South Australia.
Immediately following the Annual General Meeting the Defence Teaming Centre held its first meeting with the newly constituted board to determine leadership positions.
The new Defence Teaming Board now comprises:
Mike Hartas (Hunter Agile) – Chair
Travis Shueard (Piper Alderman) – Vice Chair
Duncan Milne (Babcock Australia and New Zealand) – Treasurer
Celani Meyer (Ascent) – Company Secretary
Craig Maynard (Axiom Precision Manufacturing) – Director
Allan Dundas (DEWC Services) – Director
Donna Ferris (Tess Search Partners) – Director
Peter Richings (Mactaggart Scott Australia) – Director
Emilio de Stefano (De Stefano and Co) – Director
Andy Semmler (ASC) – Director
Tony Kyriacou (Flinders University) – University Appointed Director
