This 2-day Business & Strategic Planning intensive workshop covers strategy development, structured business planning, and execution models, equipping SMEs with practical tools to strengthen business direction and performance.
Day 1: Business & Strategic Planning Workshop - Wednesday 15 October 2025, 9.00am - 4.00pm (postponed).
- Strategy on a Page (SOAP): A concise, actionable business strategy.
- Three Horizons Growth Model: A framework for balancing short-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
- Balanced Scorecard: A tool for translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
Day 2: Group Advisory Session - Tuesday 25 November, 9.00am - 1.00pm (postponed).
This session enables SMEs to discuss implementation challenges and receive expert guidance.
