Board Director Celanie Meyer

Celanie’s career has centred on leading and maturing core business functions, including governance, risk, ICT and cyber, HR, marketing and finance. As Business Manager and Company Secretary for a defence industry SME, she plays a key role in navigating the regulatory and security environment of the defence sector while supporting the organisation’s strategic direction, board reporting and organisational performance.

Celanie has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide. She is also a graduate of the Defence Industry Leadership Program, further strengthening her capability in defence sector leadership, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

She was elected to the DTC Board in October 2024.
