Board Director Adam Levi

Adam Levi is the General Manager of Aimpoint, supporting CASG, major primes and SMEs across the globe. He delivers training in several key defence‑focused disciplines, including Earned Value Management, Work Breakdown Structure development, and Australian Industry Capability requirements.

Adam previously owned AFL Services in 2002, building it into a sustainable small enterprise specialising in Defence work. Progressing the company as Operations Manager, driving its evolution into a holistic surface‑coating and corrosion‑maintenance business. His expertise in protective coatings now extends to training certified applicators for the defence industry.

Across three decades of operating in the defence sector, Adam has led teams through continual diversification, establishing an agile infrastructure capability that strengthened the organisation’s adaptability and depth. These experiences have shaped his commitment to giving back to the industry he has served throughout his career.

Adam currently serves as Chair of the Strategic Action Committee to the Board of the Defence Teaming Centre, where he works to enhance the state’s defence capability. His long‑standing involvement in defence industry operations gives him a unique, practical perspective on supporting enterprise growth and capability development.

Adam was elected to the Defence Teaming Centre Board in November 2022.
