Who is the program for?

The Defence Industry Leadership Program is an interactive and immersive program offering participants unique and tailored opportunities for personal and professional growth. The course is structured around four key pillars: self, organisation, industry and community. These pillars provide a framework to develop a leadership skillset realised through self-awareness and improvement, relationship development, innovation, team work and mentoring. The Program encourages progress by unlocking potential, redefining boundaries, forming collaborative partnerships and knowledge expansion of the Defence Industry.

The diverse backgrounds, qualifications and experience of participants allows a sharing of knowledge, ideas and perspectives that generates a holistic, open-minded and synergistic approach to leadership and management. This has been demonstrated consistently over the past 10 years as alumni of the Program successfully progress through key leadership and management roles within Defence Industry.

The Program attracts participants at different stages of their leadership journey, across all levels of organisations, and from a wide range of professions connected to defence industry:
