Defence Procurement and ASDEFCON Workshop

Want to stand out in a Defence Proposal? If so, come along to the Australian Defence Procurement and ASDEFCON workshop in August.
Presented to you by Coras, in partnership with with the Defence Teaming Centre (DTC), the workshop will help you to stand out and be an attractive participant in Defence.
The workshop will be led by Neill Morgan, a government commercial specialist with extensive Defence sector experience, and is designed for Defence industry participants looking to expand their footprint, or break into the Defence Sector. The workshop will provide directly applicable tools and advice in a fun, interactive environment.
Defence is the largest Commonwealth procurement agency, providing ample opportunity to find an avenue into the industry. The workshop aims to discuss the procurement process and expectations of industry.
Throughout this insightful workshop, Coras will provide participants with an understanding into how Defence thinks and what it is looking for in a Tender response.

Neill has over 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, category management and contract management. His experience in strategic sourcing and contract management in Sustainment for Defence and NSW Government gives him a unique ability to illicit the complex requirements from his stakeholders and translate them into structured business solutions.
