Focusing business development efforts and being strategic can make the sales process easier for both customer and the supplier. In collaboration with Shipley Asia Pacific, the DTC brings a defence industry customised suite of business development courses to the defence industry. The courses are based on the Shipley frameworks used by many Defence Prime Contractors.
In Customer Focused Writing you will learn how to:
- Make sure your document hits the messages your customer needs to hear to buy from you
- Show that you really understand your customer by focusing on their real issues
- Organise your thinking around business opportunities through a systematic approach to strategy
- Reduce your effort on sales and save time with a reliable and reusable approach to writing
