The Defence Teaming Centre has been delivering the Defence Industry Leadership Program to industry for over 10 years. With more than 100 years of combined Defence and defence industry experience this program is perfectly suited to those wanting to make a difference in Australia’s defence sector.

Launch of the 2023 Defence Industry Leadership Program

The Defence Teaming Centre is proud to have collaborated with Skills Lab, a long-term DTC Member, to deliver the Defence Industry Leadership Program (DILP) in 2023. Thank you to Commonwealth Bank for sponsoring the program for the second year in a row, we appreciate your support and commitment to the program.

On Wednesday, the 15th of March 2023, organisers, mentors and the cohort of DILP 2023 were joined by key industry decision makers and DILP alumni to celebrate the beginning of the program. Ambassador of DILP, Minister for Defence Industry, the Honourable Pat Conroy, was unable to attend the launch in person, however, delivered a recorded video message to the guests at the launch which highlighted the priority government have place on growing Australia’s Defence Force and what this means for our future defence industry leaders.
