2022 Defence Industry Leadership Program Cohort 

The DTC team congratulations the 2022 DILP cohort the successful completion of the course and for producing insightful project presentation that will go a long way in building tomorrow’s defence industry.  

Looking 9-months ago to when their journey started, the growth in the participants is astronomical. It has not been a linear journey, with participants getting put through their paces to learn that they are resilient, they are innovative, and msot importantly they have what it takes to lead their team to greatness.
